Phil has 18 years of experience in the construction, design
and mining industries with BPB Westroc, Atlas Copco and Enbridge. He
joined Rolston HBC in 2001. He is a
Professional Engineer (Civil) and has worked directly with architects,
contractors and 'do-it-yourselfers' on design and practical installation
requirements.

works with you from the preliminary sketch stage right through quarter
print development to Blue Prints.
A 'Building Materials Package' is tailored to your needs
for the finalized design. Phil's technical background will provide you
with unique insight in the selection of windows, doors, exterior cladding,
structural systems to consider, etc, for this` package. this tailored
package comes with a guaranteed price.
To complete the task, on-going technical support is
